PROCESSING TIME 

We have a 3 day processing time for all orders excluding weekends & bank holidays. (4 days for press ons)

Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

PLEASE NOTE ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED AFTER THIS 3/4 DAY PROCESSING TIME BY YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY METHOD

2nd class signed for , 3-4 days

Once your order is shipped after the processing time please allow a minimum of 4 weeks to receive your order

MISSING OR DELAYED ITEMS

We have no control over delays during the shipping process. Please contact Royal Mail with the tracking number provided . If items are delayed for a long period of time you may be liable for a refund excluding shipping costs

WRONG ADDRESS 

If you do order your parcel to the wrong address we can unfortunately not issue a refund as this is a mistake on your part. The best solution is to try and retrieve your order from the incorrect address
